Worthy Skin Care is Now CLOSED

Hi Friends.

It is with a heavy, heavy heart that we announce:

Worthy Skin Care is now closed.

Why?

Our founder has medical challenges.

At first, she thought she could win the Fight of Ill Health, but the torment of downward health spirals continues.

She tried to keep Worthy open.

First, she hired a team to make products, send them out for bottling and labeling and then let her amazing team ship the products. Since the prices are so low, paying the workers to do the work meant that the founder earned zero money from the sales.

This sort of worked.

The problem? The workers needed the founder's help. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but as she battles chronic fatigue, chronic pain and so many disastrous side effects-- like only being able to look at screens for ten minutes without worsening symptoms, her help

was limited.

Then the team came up with a new idea.

She leased the company to someone who believed in the Worthy Skin Care mission. Due to the increased revenue, again the founder received zero dollars for any sales. She didn't mind; she wanted customers to get their products. That's what mattered to her the most.

They did a fantastic job. Top notch.

But they, too, needed extra help. Lots of it. Running a skin care company takes a lot of umph. And our founder couldn't help.

She would like to call this ending a rebranding. Or a vacation. Or a time to up her game.

She must continue to focus on her health. She hopes that one day she can heal and get back to life.

But the future is not assured. So, we must close for good. For now.

This is so sad. So hard to write. After all this team has gone through.

Mostly:

We'd like to thank our customers for sticking with this small skin care company for YEARS.

We will miss your stories, your successes and your friendship.

We will not be making any new stock. This truly is the end.
